Gardening with native plants can ease the effort of enjoying your yard


"Adaptive gardening is the new mindset for those who want to continue or begin, gardening, as they are aging or grappling with physical conditions that seem daunting. Modifications can help you realize what's good for your body is good for your garden. Be a successful "lazy gardener."


Start by analyzing what you see in your yard. What can be reassessed and modified to meet your needs? Along with that, by viewing lawns and gardens as a helpful pathway for pollinators or a home for beneficial insects and attracting songbirds, you will lessen your workload and increase your enjoyment by knowing you can watch nature flourish in your yard."
